Purchase Terms

1. What you can buy

Diamonds (a premium in-game currency) and paid features such as waiving an officer commission requirement, when they are offered. The price and what you receive are shown before you pay. Paid items follow section 5 of the Terms of Service: they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Purchases are available only to people who live in the United States. At checkout we ask you to confirm this and to choose your state, and we check the country of your internet connection. If it is outside the United States, the purchase is refused. Playing the game stays free for everyone, wherever they live.

2. Payment

Payments are made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. The price is set in US dollars and converted into a cryptocurrency amount at checkout. Taxes are included where they apply. Network fees for sending the payment are paid by you.

3. Delivery

Your purchase is added to your account once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, write to legal@quizvasion.com with your handle and payment reference.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

As a consumer in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because diamonds and paid features are delivered immediately, we ask you before payment to agree that delivery starts at once and to confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is delivered.

If you did not give that agreement, you may withdraw within 14 days and we will refund you.

5. Refunds

Apart from section 4, purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund, for example if an item was not delivered or does not work as described.

Refunds are paid in the cryptocurrency you used, for the amount we received, to a wallet address you give us. We pay the network fee for the refund. Because exchange rates change, the refund may be worth more or less in your local currency than when you paid.

6. Account sanctions

If your account is closed for breaking the Terms of Service, unused diamonds and paid features are lost, unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Voluntary support

If we offer a way to support QuizVasion with a voluntary contribution, you receive nothing in return in the game. Contributions are not refundable and are not tax-deductible: Online Business Brands LLC is a company, not a charity.

8. Complaints

Write to legal@quizvasion.com with any complaint; we answer within 14 days.

Consumers in Romania may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, https://anpc.ro) and its alternative dispute resolution service (https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/). Consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their national consumer authority.
